Hi guys, just got back from rehab and catching up on things. Lost pics of wide body build... Nice Fiero and how I butchered it up added rear fastback clip for the widebody Door skin cut up and fiberglass it on to door skin (don't do this, it's too short, make it longer) as for making it taller that was another time (last year) I used illustration board to box it up and fiberglass over it, yes it's not kosher, anyway I'm not Jewish. Archie's standard rockers, I tweaked it a bit (before Mad-Arch widebody kit, I would use it now "much nicer") That looks very messy, I don't know what I was doing there, anyway don't do that ! I don't know if I used standard fiberglass or the super special fiberglass That's better Nice bubble top Dusting off, that was the lost pics. |

Thanks guys, I have recovered
A little update... I reworked the fastback pillars and sail panels and then (keeping up with the Jones's) added a nice and subtle lip spoiler Rattle paint job As for the noise job, I'm not sure if I'll have time because I want to take holidays soon |

That looks great, John, but get that front brake caliper painted. The spoiler you've created reminds me of a very subtle version of what's on this generation Z28 Camaro (which I've always liked).

I must say I would love to see the laminar flow of this thing... We need to rent a wind-tunnel.

Thanks for the pictures, I really appreciate it. Do you happen to have any pictures of when you were making the door skiins and 1/4 panels "taller" ?, when you raised the belt line. I have to say you are great working with fiberglass. How long would you say it took you to do the fiberglass work on the doors and 1/4 panels ? I am just curious. Thanks again Johnny
Romeo The "resin" people need to know is just to find out what he used since some people say that some fiberglass resin won't stick to plastic. BTW that was very funny |

You guys are too funny Well, there you go, I told you guys I didn't have a clue, just worked out Okay No, I don't have any pics of that part also no time recorded for fiberglass work (non-union shop) Anyway don't use illustration board to box it up (that's all I had last year), Clynt, Chris(Fire451) and I used foam to shape Capt's nose and fiberglass over it, the foam doesn't dissolve with the RESIN, that's what I would use now for any mods, The Capt. gave me the left over foam for R-B-S nose. Today I went to visit Blair... |
