Ok so I am not much of a salesman, but the title was suppose to read, FS: Ported, Re-Welded, Painted V6 Exhaust Manifolds. (exchange basis only)

At the last meeting when we mentioned Damian could do manifolds for us, there was a lot of chatter but no real commitment, he said that doing them one at a time would not work as the setup time and actual work time, them clean up plus expenses (welding gas, grinding bits, ect, ect) would make the cost astronomical, and he would only be able to do them in his spare time.

So after him and I chatting for a bit we decided to work out a deal.

I would personally front/provide the initial stock, ( 3 sets)  I would take care of the incoming and outgoing stock, time to document what went where, as well as keeping an up to date thread on customer questions.    He would do small runs of manifolds that I would keep on the shelf so people could simply come and get there new ones.

The average gain in HP just by installing this 7% or about 7-10hp.  Which when you realize you only have 135-140hp to start with its a fair jump.  Heck you not only increase HP you increase torque, and even fuel economy.

Now here is what has been done.

All the internal ports have been cleaned up.  There are massive restrictions in EVERY set of factory manifolds ever made.

All the flanges have been welded completely 360 degrees.  From the factory they are not welded at all on the outside.

Once ported, they are cleaned up to be a smooth transition from port to tube.

After all the welding, grinding and porting is done, they are heat painted and then baked.

As for the cost for all this, no its not cheap, but you are getting some really awesome manifolds.  The price is $225 CDN Exchange basis only.  Which means you give us your old manifolds and you take these.   If the price does not work, this may be a one time run of 3 sets and we'll end it.   There is also the possibility of doing a cheaper variation, with less welding and grinding done, and no paint or baking done.  Just a basic, clean the ports, tack weld the flanges and thats it.

The price is on an exchange basis only.
