That is incredible! Well, I think I'll still reserve the Sierra for snow days. Will be too hard to handle for just rain.

I'm definitely going to go, I'm just trying to decide on a vehicle. I think the Sierra is too long and bulky for anything other than snow, and I don't wanna take my Dodge. Might end up trying to find one more Fiero GT rim and throw some Pick-A-Part rubber on there, and just run the Fiero.

Registration is through a online system, not like PCA or Corvette, what was the membership fee Harrison?...and the first race is usually part, or they have a $5 per event fee on top of the registration.

I'm not quite sure why you put in that way... "and just run the Fiero".

Why would you seriously even consider driving one of those other vehicles at the autocross instead?

Could you not imagine the sheer entertainment value of trying to autocross a supercab, longbox pickup? Turning radius of like... 75 feet. The Fiero is actually useful at autocross. Far less fun.

I know the actual reason. Driving something other than your GT at the autocross would take all the pressure off you of desperately trying to prevent being beaten by an old man driving a duke.

Right, because that totally happened... Never. I beat you, you need to come to terms with it.

And I'll beat you in my pickup as well.

I AM THE BEST RACER WHO EVER LIVED.

No, in all seriousness though, you can't deny, either my '71 Dodge Pickup or the '91 Ridiculously-long-Sierra would be hilarious to watch in the snow.

Snow? You're expecting snow? This is Vancouver/Pitt Meadows we're talking about.

I picture instead cold, wet, windy days. And that's why I'm still sitting on the fence about this.

Supposed to be the snowiest winter since I've been alive. I'm looking forward to it.

I've done it.
2009 Sierra 2500HD crew cab w/6.5' bed.  It was a tight course too.
They don't normally allow vehicles like this but it was the end of the day and I asked the guy running it if I could give it a shot.
