I have to re-wire my coil because the stock coil on my 84 2.5L Fiero uses female connectors and the MSD needs male. So I am looking for a picture or diagram of which wire goes where on the ignition coil. Does anybody have one?

The wires that are there are a Pink 14 guage, Black 16 guage, black 18 guage, brown 18 guage

smaller black and brown to distributor

pink and larger black to wiring harness

Also Does it matter which positive slot and which negative slot you connect each wire to?
Cause Pink connects to positive i know that but does it matter which positive connector?
Larger black is im guessing tach but would it connect to the positive or negative side?
and the distributor black and brown i dont know which goes to positive and which on negative.

Both connectors are wired in parallel.  So no - doesn't matter.
