With Clynts chopper parked in the front driveway we hardly get any work done as people stop by and ask questions about his
chopper. One cool dude stopped by with his Mustang ragtop and he was just salivating over Clynts chopper, then he was
talking cars then ended up talking about politics to us

Clynt is finishing welding up the coneheads and tomorrow I'll start to install the new front suspension parts.

Clynt is welding up my leaky coolant tube that I mess up yesterday, the old A-Arm on top of the cooling tube is to weigh it down
while he is welding.

Are you serious !?!?!?

If you are,  you should think about the big Fiero show at the end of March in Daytona. The weather is great and I would LOVE to be able to see your ride in person and get a chance to talk to someone as talented as you.

Hopefully this coming show, there will be a couple of chop tops from Florida

I am really looking forward to seeing your progress

This morning had a Latte & muffin at Blair's, got great instructions from Blair how to install front suspension (thanks Blair)

Started to install NICE NEW CLEAN PARTS, tomorrow I'll finish the front suspension.

I'm using Dickman's 1" Drop Ball Joints, it's welding in on the bottom side.

Johnny Boy, as much as I'm a huge proponent of weight reduction... You have a chopped front end with nothing in it. Out back, you have a large 3.8L V6 with a supercharger on top, and a small country's worth of bondo... We're going to need to take a mould, take of all the bondo and do a carbon fibre rear end, just to get the balance back.

I'm just trying to be practical here.

Never shift into reverse without a back-up plan.

stripping a nice custom Fiero, then it was Show & Tell time (so not to much got done, installed steering rack, breaks and some cutting )

Nose is being put together...

Clynt tack welding front frame back, it's sitting 2" lower and 2" shorter, it's the wedge look

Cutting and bending sides to meet 2" lower front frame

Ugh, GOOD. I always thought the overhang was... Undesirable. And that feeling was always amplified by your tucked in rear fascia (Which has almost no overhang). This should make the car look that much better.

That's to much work Romeo, a few sandbags will do it, it's called sandbagging

Car-2-Lo;

You are as bad as me for not being able to leave anything alone.......  Nice project you are embarking on.

Is that a later model Neon windshield or Sebring?

Looking good and I am curious to see what it ends up turning out to.

Cheers

I'm kind've a big deal. That should be your goal. And on that note, you can just leave the keys in the mail box when you're done, I'll pick the car up later.
