Just ordered a rebuild kit from Rodney. Did the passenger side myself just over a year ago. Took about 6-7 hours and do not wish to go through that again. This time I think I will pay somebody to help me out. Please let me know if somebody wants to make some extra pocket money .

Capt Fiero: No, I haven't spoken to Dawg or Dr. Fiero yet. Don't want to pressure them into taking a job they may not want to do lol.

Danny: It is the 86 motor as far as I'm aware. I have already ordered a rebuild kit from Rodney.

I'm not biting Robin because I will be out of town shortly for several
weeks. I have done several and yes, it's a hell of a lot of work. That kit
is the best one to get.

Don't forget to clean the contacts. I use 800 or 1000 grit wet/dry sand
paper with contact cleaner sprayed on. Just 3 or 4 back and fourths is
all that is needed.

Cheers

Dawg

Get in touch with Fire451 on the forum, I just spoke to him today and he has been doing major work on Fiero's recently everything from Transmission swaps to electrical work on members cars, he may just well be the go to guy to work on cars for members.

In fact he is fixing a break line on my 4runner as I type. Tell him you are
with the club and he gives great discounts. Just his way of supporting
our efforts. Nice guy.

His name is Chris.
