That's what I thought was a TVR , but I think Dawg might be right about an early Datsun ?
The roof is way to high for TVR I'll have to check it out next time I'm out in North Van. |

Neither the Saab, nor the Datsun have a flip front end though.
Note the latch, and the hood being ajar. |

After a bit of research, I say 1966-1972 Triumph Spitfire Hatchback.
The 1966 version would explain the tailights. The vents on the cowl hood side in 1972 |
