Any one bringing the club sun shade & banner? I can bring one if the club one is not going to be there. Also it's a bring your own chair. I suspect it's also a bring your own drinks & snacks?? Rob

If someone can stop by the house in Canada I can arrange to have the banner pulled out. As to the sunshade I believe it was damaged last year and a new one will have to be located. In years past the club would bring the leftover drinks from Arlington and supply them at the Picnic, however if I understand right, the showing from our club was not large enough to warrant them buying a lot of supplies. So I don't think there are many left overs to bring. If Harrison wants to pick up some supplies, and keep the receipt the club can re-emburse him at a later day. However its not as simple as buying a couple cases of pop, a cooler will need to be located, and ice located for the morning of the show, and any other stuff that needs to be located. Lisa and I will probably be back in BC for a Visit end of June or early July.

There is still a case d water bottles as some chips left from Arlington.
I can pick up some snacks, pop and juice, but don't think I have a cooler that will fit in my car. Rob, if you could bring your sunshade, that would be great, mine is back at my parents' and I won't be going there before the show. |

No problem, it's not an easy up, but it works. I only have a small personal cooler. & I'll bring a couple of chairs & smacks to share any way. The Casino is only 10 min from my house , I'll try and be there about 9:30.
