no one can find the "rear spindle rod" that's what GM calls it!

I've probably got a few used ones in storage, you want me to check?

If I could've hidden it in my yard somewhere, I would've bought it.

I'm actually surprised no one snagged it earlier.

Did he drop the price below $300 eventually?

Yeah, I would have grabbed it if I had any place to store it. I might be asking you if you still have the 4spd computer/wireing harnesses in the future. But that's a pretty large "maybe" at this point.

I didn't see the car personally, but my brother did. Are there many salvageable parts?

there a lot of good parts on it.
i guy needs his drive shaft balanced and maybe a bit more work done for his f-250.  And since i work in a major drive line shop it works for me.
any part i sell off the car will be cheap because i only have room in the loft of my barn.  The car will total striped down on tuesday.

$300?!?!?! Did it not have an engine or something?

Hi hangmans8,
I had the same problem a few months ago. Could not find the rear inner locally and the rear outers cost a lot. I ended up ordering it from the Fiero Store. The hole rear set, inner and outer both sides, were only $ 95.50

How did you manage that? That's incredible! I've seen people ask for $950 for Geo Metros, which can't compete with the Fiero on any level. lol

The car had been listed on Craigs list for months last price I saw was $300 and the guy would deliver to your house.  Car was not running, and needed a lot of cosmetic TLC as well as engine work.

Gosh, I would've paid that in a heartbeat. An engine swap and some body alterations and voila! A gorgeaus $65 car.
