Arghh sorry guys.. I have the worst luck

Was on my way out there this morning on the highway and overheated :(  It happened just as I got onto the Port Mann, the temp gauge pegged and I had to ride it out to the top of the hill just before 152nd.  Let it cool down, checked in at Chevron, cooled down again before filling it with water.  Turns out I hit a big pothole on highway 1 just before the bridge and it cracked the plastic end cap of the Radiator.  I had no choice but to pull the thermostat, fill w/ straight water and take it easy back home.  SOOO choked i didn't make it out to the 'Wack with you guys

Hope you guys had a better day than I!  On another note the car ran superb other than that.

Just got in after spending the day out in Chilliwack. I'm bagged after spending all day in the sun and then driving home late. At least there's not much traffic on the highway this time of night.

Austin, sorry to hear you had problems!

Without no balljoint popper at my disposal, I didn't bother to pick up any front lower control arms. I'll get 'em next time when I'm suitably prepared.

Ouch that sucks Austin, I guess its time to start looking ebay for one of those new Aluminum Fiero Rads with Aluminum tanks. They were cheaper than stock replacments here, I think $199.

GOD DAMN THAT WAS FUN.

And a special thank you to Lisa, David, and of course, the two ladies from the beach.

Never shift into reverse without a back-up plan.

Running a 4cyl Rad in the time being til the car gets some major overhauling this winter.  Highly considering the 3-row Aluminum rad.

Incase anyones interested, it appears to be model CC828 from www.championcooling.com .  Group buy anyone?   Prices seem to be ranging from the $180 - 200US range on eBay.

Patrick:  YOu're welcome to borrow the balljoint tool if you'd like.  Gimme a ring next time you guys are working on cars or something and I'll bring it by.
