Some of you know I mix sound for concerts and church services and events on the side.

This past weekend I ran a mix for this band where the members are mostly young adults in their 20's.   I had driven my Fiero to the venue and when chit chatting, some of them got to talking about the white car in the parking lot and when they realized it was mine, they asked what it was.   They didn't believe me when I told them it was a Pontiac.  Ouch

Confused
I've had the same thing happen to me (years ago when the car was together), that's when they get interested and really start asking questions.

Yep as time go,s on some people have no idea what make our Fieros are.A member here posted,he said once he had a young fellow come up to him,he said ? do you no what kind of car this is, an d the young lad say nice Porsche? OUTCH! So It's ok that not everyone knows what we drive,it makes it a bit moor rare I think.mine bin sitting in the drive way most of this summer,I roll the window down every day when it's hot out an wash it every Sun.fire it up know an then.will have to go for a spin soon I think.Okanagan maby next.we keep going a bit farther away from home every trip out.,took 2 years to build the motor, complete from the crank up,then make it road worthy, everything works an it runs perfect.,, I love to drive our Fiero, maby even go on a run with other Fieros one day-LOL. Cheers all.

Then of course....  there's the 'guy' who took his in to a PONTIAC DEALER... whereby the service advisor glanced out, looked, and said "oh, we don't service foreign cars here".  Ouch
