Sorry for the lateness, Austin, Patrick, David and I stayed out late, cause, you know, we're awesome.

Anyways, today's meeting was one of introductions, as we had not one but TWO new members to welcome to our ranks: Colby and Carly (C'n'C. Hehe, irony...). Colby drives an 86 Coupe, and Carly an 88 Coupe, both red. We welcome them into our reckless realm of awesome.

Beyond the two new faces, a whole gauntlet of familiar faces were in attendance too, such as Brian, Austin, Ken, Clynt, Patty, Damien and more. As David mentioned in the picture thread, Clynt brought his Turbocharged 4.9 choptop (Panda) which was a refreshing sight. Damien brought his new hubs for those seeking to do a Grand Am brake conversion as well.

Moving on, Marcel returned to his habit of winning all the door prizes before anyone else (Jerk) while Tim, Hugh and Damien picked up a couple wins of their own. Discussions moved on to a quick recap of Arlington, and the PPC car show. Both were very positive reviews.

Talking then shifted to brakes, radar detectors/jammers (Legal/Illegal) and then finally to a fairly in-depth discussion of autocross (Which I will leave in the very capable hands of Brian and Austin if anyone wishes to learn more who wasn't in attendance).

Then we all meandered outside and chatted (David and Brian took a quick spin in my car for research purposes) and we talked for literally hours. In fact, we were so socialable, a few of us stayed until after the joint closed. A great meeting all around!

Never shift into reverse without a back-up plan.

It was awesome. Can't wait for camping, and I can't wait to harass the daylights out of you when you do your clutch.
