So, my tachometer is off by quite a bit, idle is apparently
1500 and it goes all the past the redline pegs and the
engine still keeps revving higher. I put a new tach filter
and it changed nothing. My left side turn signals suddenly
stopped working, front and back but the ticking noise is
still there. And my instrumentation and radio lights are
all gone too. Any help would be great.

I dunno, maybe a grounding issue or an electrical short? Check obvious things like bulbs and fuses and ground straps.

I've had it happen where a short within a rear light bulb messed up the electrical system.

These type of problems are never easy to diagnose, especially over the internet.

Remove, clean and replace the main lighting harness
connector by the battery.
Also go over all your bulbs and check for any signs of
issue.

As to the tach, its time to replace it or get a calibration
kit. Same type of kit I use when I need to calibrate a
tach for use on a V8 you can put together a similar thing
for the V6. I'd say 50% of the OEM tachs are either
failing as we speak or will fail in the next few years.

Yep, I seem recall seeing some wiring "issues" when I looked at that Fiero last year.

Thats the main issue I've had except for the doors, and does anyone
by chance have a functioning and fairly new headlight switch they are
selling?

If you can't find one, remember that a 1st gen S10 uses the same switch (different bezel, but it all just unscrews/clips).

Pull ALL your exterior bulbs.  Turn whatever on.  See if it blows.  If not, put them back in one at a time (leave the whatever on).

If it does still blow, let me know, and I'll show you what to pull off next.
