Hi,

I have a problem with 3800sc speedometr don't work. All gauges works but not speedo. Do you have some VSS diagrams for grandprix 2002 gtp? There are two pinouts into vss sesnor - DARK GREEN 389 and SOME OTHER , I dont know what is this sensor wiring. Does 389 wire goes into spedometer directly?

Thanks:)

If you check the waveforms of the output of a Fiero VSS, and a GP VSS, you'll see they're quite different.

I'm assuming you're use the trans from the 2002?

Hi,

There are 2002 engine with stock tranny, clusters and wiring harness.

1.) Do you have grand prix gtp 2002 vss wiring diangram?

2.) There two pinouts in speed sensor. What are they? Is it positive + ground or low + high or smonethin else?

I'll email you the 2k2 diagram (it's a PDF, and you can't inline post those here).

The output on the Fiero is a sine wave.  So it just depends on what time slice you're looking at as to which one is pos or neg.  ;)

As for the bonneville VSS output - you'll have to look more into it, but I was under the impression it had a square wave output, so you needed a signal converter.
