Meeting Date December 8th Ricky’s Restaurant in Surrey, Corner of Fraser Hwy and 152snd Street.

Time Starts at 6pm (if you could be there by 5:45 that would be awesome)

 

Ok the meeting is going to go like this.

 

Noon I will call the restaurant and order food for the Christmas Party Members

5pm Lisa and I will show up and start getting everything setup

6pm Christmas Party Starts, please be prompt as there is a lot to do.

Food will be provided by the club in the form of appy type plates / pizza and other munchies.

We will have tickets so if you bring in a gift you will get a ticket and then we will just draw from the bucket randomly and people can get there gift

             Gifts should be automotive related, and under 20 bucks.  Check the CDN Tire / and Princess Auto Flyers and XS Cargo Flyers they usually have great sales on so you can actually get a great gift at a great price.

6:45 we will start handing out gifts.

 7:15 we will start the standard club meeting

 8:45 we will go over the planned route for the Christmas Cruise.

             If you know of any good light displays in your area, please post them up.

 9:00 Gather into the Parking Lot

 9:15pm we will leave for the drive.

 The drive length is unknown at this present time.  However it should take about 1h : 45 mins in length. 

For the night owls we will be ending up at either a Bank Shots Billiards or similar Lounge type place that accepts minors.  It is open to all ages and servers everything from Grilled Cheese Sandwich's to Hamburgers  to Beer to Whiskey. 

 We do not encourage drinking on or at club events, however this is an open event after the run, for people to get together an hang out, and I recognize the enjoyment of relaxing with a drink after a long day of events.

 I have been in touch with 99.3 The Fox radio station and we are still in the works of setting a date and time to meet with them.  They do not yet have confirmed details for us.
