I suspect you will need tunerpro rt (rt = real time) with the correct file loaded for your ecu.

Or, you may be able to use a program called freescsan, which I have not tried, but have heard about.

Found this:

http://www.aldlcable.com/

Check out the software section for some leads.

Oh, I've used FreeScan, it's fantastic. Takes a little bit to learn the interface, but after that, it's a great program.

I spent all night on that web site trying to get ONE of
those programs working, non of them will run on my computer
for some reason. I got Tunerpro to run but have no idea how
to use it. Also as we speak im redownloading freescan and
it seems to be working, so anyone with experience with
these two programs please tell me how to use them haha
Thanks for fast replies

Nevermind, i got it all figured out.
Codes im having...
Code 22- Open TPS Circuit
Code 32- Open MAP Sensor
Code 65- C/C Servo Position Sensor Failure

I have no cruse control any more but my TPS and MAP were
fine, or so i thought, also code 22 only comes on after i
start it, and if i clear the codes while it is running then
code 22 goes away but the idle goes to 3.5k and code 32
comes on immediately after codes are cleared. What does
this mean?

On your car, is the +5 volt sensor power or ground common between these items? Perhaps you have an intermittent wire/ecm connection. It could also be a crapy engine ground.

Im in the process of checking the sensor power and grounds
but i checked the engine ground and it is good and those
two sensors are on the same ground line as some others so i
think its the power wire. Also if it helps this is on the
4.9 fiero if you dont recognize me.

Update*
I fixed the MAP sensor problem by cutting the wires and
rewiring the sensor with different wires. And im about to
fix the TPS. But i need some HELP!!! After i fixed the
MAP I started it up and a code saying P/N or PRND321
input problem, i have checked both trans input B and C as
they need to be grounded and they are. I dont see why
that code is coming up. Also the 4.9 HEI distributor
apparently has lots to go wrong, first just CAM sensor
faulty and I fixed that, but then I got a code saying
Distributor signal interrupt. I have no clue what that is
referencing, any ideas? Please help! I want it running
with no codes this weekend.

I don't have any experience with those failure codes.

I'm familiar with ecms, not pcms (powertrain control modules) which includes tranny codes etc.

What transmission do you have? Sounds like the gear select feeds back into the module (Or is supposed to anyway).

Distributor signal interrupt sounds like a loss of pulses to the 'tach' input. Just a guess though.

*Update
run 1: I replaces the control module in the distributor
and my distributor signal interrupt code went away, I now
have no codes that make the SES lamp come on but i still
have the P/N or PRND321 input problem code.
run 2: It runs ok now it idles at 1500 rpms though and is
running quite rich, and im not thinking that the gear
input code is making it run funny. The TPS code came back
too, but the code goes away after reaching about 3500rpms
under acceleration. I found that the computer reads TPS%
to be 60% on idle but normal when into the gas. Im
thinking this is why is running rich? computer thinks
butterfly valves are open when they arent so it adds more
fuel? Also like i said the TPS seems to be working fine
after 60% throttle so as far as wiring where should i
start looking for a problem?

Have you tried back-probing the TPS itself, to see what it's putting out at idle/partial throttle/WOT? And then checking the PIDs to see what the ECM is actually seeing from it? You are correct, if the car can't figure out if the MAF is incorrect, or the TPS/MAP is incorrect, it will default to a rich condition.
