Well on Saturday im gonna put my sexy aluminum Cradle
bushings in! Does any have a good plan of attack for doing
the front ones without removing the cradle completely from
the car? And would it be safe to loosen off the rear bolts
and lower the front?
oh and the cradle has been out recently so im thinking
everything should cooperate

think you should be able to drop it enough.

What I would try is drill out the rubber around the center sleeve so you can get the center sleeve out. (not the easiest but doable since I would not want to use fire near the tank)

Once you have most of the rubber out use a hack saw to carefully cut just through the outer sleeve. (put the blade in upside down so you can saw with the frame below) It should them be loose enough to knock it out.

That is what I would try anyway..

Rory, we sometimes have the same problem here as at PFF... more than one thread about the same issue.

Bushings have been changed as reported http://www.westcoastfieros.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1780&PN=1 - Here , but I'm sure your advice will come in handy for future reference.
