Hi all,

So...any suggestions for whom I can take my car into for a alignment that we can trust in the Burnaby area?...I can waiti and goto Dales and book a time for Saturday, just thought to ask since that one post on the shop in Port Moody if we has any resolution to that:)

Also, anyone know of a tire shop that is open later than 5pm weekdays to get my tread installed?

Well, as an update, I did get the chance to ask some hard questions and I was told that he had been given the impression that the car had just been worked on and was in tip top shape.  So he just did an alignment.

The car was not in tip top shape as we later found out.  So, is he a charmer with great people skills?  Probably not.  Can he do great alignments?  Absolutely!

Even after putting the old hub back on because poor John's new hub was already on it's way out, the car handled as good or better that any Fiero I've ever been in.  So, decide for yourself.

So everyone, I had my alignment done at Burquitlam Automotive on North Road across from Lougheed Mall.  The only challenge they had was miss quoting me the labour but held to it:)...the challenge was my lowering springs made it tough to change the lower ball joints that they found had to be done:(.

So unexpected extra work and dollars, but they did a great job from what I can feel currently.  If anyone is interested, call Don at 604-939-4681, he is the owner, tell him Brian sent ya...back on Saturday to get my R888's installed, then Sunday autox:).

Cheers...

If anyone cares...Awesome alignment so far, I am sure replacing both lower ball joints helped, but steering wheel straight this time and runs great

Best part, 15 min walk, and accross the street from Lougheed mall...True-Line was on vacation and Dales extremly busy, Mike always answers now, never Darryl or Jason...so happy yes.

They are the Moog ball joints, hope they hold, or just budget for each year as I blow them...lol
