I just saw this article on installing greese fittings on front poly control arm bushings...great idea. Does anyone know where I can get this done and what would it take?.

It is really quite simple.

Drill a small hole in the sleeve, and either tap it with proper thread tapping tool, or just ram the zerk fitting in the hole and force the thread in with an impact gun.  Then grease as you would any ball joint with a grease gun.

There are Zirks you can get that are designed to cut there own threads BTW (no impact or tapping required!).

You can tell them from the others since they'll have a slice up the threads.
