I found these markings. 866 4l80 CFD 910 hydra-matic. Wht tranny is
this and what'd it come from? ------------- 86 GT Convertable 3800 |

Doing some Bing Searches assuming its a 4spd Auto, you have a 4T60 trans. I don't belive you have a 4T80 as that is a MONSTER of a trans, at I belive nearly 500lbs The 4T60's were used in most 3800 powered cars and the 4T65 HD were used on stock Supercharged cars. ------------- Capt Fiero 88 Fiero GT 5spd V6 Eight Fifty Seven GT V8 5spd. |

It's no longer slipping, the tv cable needed adjusting. The po never had
