I think they have shared technology, but I don't think any of them built a single car or truck model and simply rebranded them across car companies.

Current example, GM and Ford share the development of the latest 8-speed transmission.  
 
The Pontiac Vibe and Toyota Matrix were the same car, dressed differently.

On the same motor,it's a 91 -5 ton Ford chassy,Cummings motor,with a Chev transmission,???
Who came up with that-WoW,Name that truck?
