So for the longest time I had been running over to Craker's. (Dr. Fiero) to borrow his fancy power bleeder.   Then Blair had shown me his simple power bleeder, using an old clutch master cap and a balloon pump.

Well today with the looming task of bleeding out the clutch on my newly assembled trans swap, I started thinking, I have a compressor, lots of fittings and spare cap, what could I build that would not blow my clutch system to high heaven.  Yet be quick and effective.

Well with the use of a drill to drill a large hole in a spare master cylinder cap, a large threaded pipe fitting, a pressure regulator and assorted parts, I was able to build my own power bleeder.     It worked like a charm.   I was able to bleed out the entire clutch in about 2 Min's and have full clutch release at about 1/2 way to the floor.  Those of you with an Isuzu know just how hard this can be to accomplish as the Isuzu requires the most movement in order to get it to fully release.

Well here are the pics.   Its cheap, simple and works like a charm.

Only catch is that you need a compressor to make it work, or simply add a bicycle pump to the mix.
