So FieroChick, (Lisa) has been after me for nearly a year to clean, sort and arrange all my Fiero parts in the garage, outside the garage, beside the house and in general everywhere.     After last months wrecking yard trip, and surprise phone call from an ex club member that said to come and pick up a bunch of parts from him, it was finally time to do something.    She did some calling around and found a storage facility.  Some place that we could put parts that were worth too much to throw away, but not needed enough to keep at the House or in the garage. 

5 Pickup truck loads, and 3 trailer loads of parts went into storage today.

1 completed 2.8 pan to intake.
30 spare wheels and tires, (13" - 16", high techs to lace)
2- Muncie 4spds. (2 3.65's and a 4.10)
1- Isuzu 5spd
2- 125C's.
Countless body panels,  fastback and notch back parts.
Box after box after box of interior parts.
Seats to Suspension parts.
I carefully packed my complete 88 Suspension into a single large rubermaid box along with the 2 spare rack.

Well if I listed everything it would go on forever.

The most notable run I did in my Fiero was in my tiny little trailer.  The deck is only 48" x 40.5" wood deck.   I added the box frame to it this weekend.

and anything else we could put in there.
We estimated that the weight of parts in the trailer was about 1200lbs.

I am not going to say you couldn't feel it was there, because under acceleration and braking, you really knew it was there.  But once up to speed the car zoomed along very well.  The storage facility is roughly 13kms, (8 miles) from the house.  

The last couple of pics were us just trying to have some fun.  We placed the rear notch back clip on the back of the truck and then stood back and were trying to figure out what it looked like.   It was a Fiero Avalanche Conversion.  If you have ever seen a real Chevy Avalanche in person, it bears a striking resemblance to a Chevy pickup with a standard box and a Fiero Notch back clip.   We thought it looked really cool.   The truck belongs to fellow Forum member and one of my closest friends Fire451.  I would also like to put huge thanks up to Tim, our Tennant and fellow Fiero owner, Ryan aka SheepKilla, and all the people helping us load and unload our parts.  The storage locker is bigger than some 2 car garages.  So we agreed to let a few people go in on the price of the place and store there own Fiero parts there.
