| Hiya fellas...any one here have an automatic car (preferably an '88) that they want to trade for my 5 speed? My car is a medium red '88 coupe in good shape. No sunroof, no AC - perhaps the perfect winter car? Happy to swap over wheels and seats or whatever you have on yours that you would want to keep. PM me if interested. |

Glean Farqah has a really nice low mile 88 Coupe Automatic. Ya might try contacting him on the club email list. I think they were talking about getting a standard trans car. | It's funny, on Pennocks when someone asks about swapping trannys on a car they aren't in love with everyone says just sell it and buy the one you want! Interesting suggestion to change the trans but sure seems like a lot of work when in fact it does seem easier just to trade it or sell it. I wouldn't mind selling it but I sure would like to be pointed towards a local automatic '88 4 cylinder coupe to replace it before I part with my car! |
