The listing has now expired, but I've sent him a note asking if he'll do another batch, but in the 'round' style that some of the others are in. Told him I might take a batch (to redistribute amongst us) if the price is right. Will save a stack on shipping too. |

Ok! Finally got an answer back....
"Yes, I could do 10 of these (in the round style) with the Fiero letters on them for $80 plus $5 s&h. I have been really busy of late, so it would probably be a couple weeks before I could get to them. I also want to re-create the Fiero Pegasus at some point, but haven't found a good large picture to re-create yet." Sounds like a good deal to me. And since he used the word "pegasus" instead of "horsey thing", maybe he even knows something about the Fiero.  So, can I count on 10 of us here? I can collect the funds at the next meeting, but I'll just pay for it all upfront myself. Oh yeah, HERE is a link to what the round style looks like (it's a Monte, but the knob style would be the same). |

That's a whopping $8usd each, plus the shipping and whatever taxes etc I get hit with, divided amongst us all.
So, say ~$10-11cdn per unit. |

Ok - chatted with the guy more.
He asked on color (red or black), so I said just give me 5 of each. Would there be more of a want for one vs, the other? I know I want a pair of each for myself (maybe I'll keep 2 black 1 red) Oh yeah, so the score is now: Me: 3 Dave: 2 Brian: 2 (was 1) Fobby: 2 Blair: 1 Just post back if I'm in error or to add yourself to save this from being 1000 posts! And if there's going to be much more interest (we're at 10 now!) I better up the order - QUICKLY!! |

Ok - it's done (and here's me HOPING nobody changed there minds!!!), bought and paid for.
I'm getting 10 of the red, and 5 black. We've changed the design a bit too - I had him do some extra layout on it, so the nut will now somewhat resemble the upper intake! He's going to send some prototype pics over when he gets the cad layout done. |
