I convinced my dad to co-drive my car this time.

I think I want to skip the meeting at McDonalds this time, if you're OK with that.

That was one very fast and long course, and fun too.

I was testing out some new tires today, some Falken RT-615K's, and I'm really impressed with them so far. I was able to keep up with Harrison and his dad. I can't wait to try them out on dry pavement.

I'll have a video up later.
Edit: here.

If the weather's nice enough, you should come out to the one on the 6th and try not to be stomped by my mighty duke.

Also, they just updated the standings for the series. Harrison is in 5th out of 49 in the novice group, his dad is 10th, and I'm 9th out of 25 in "Street Tire Index".

That was a lot of fun.
Could still use more practice to get things faster. Also, no more snow tires.

haha that 5th place wont last long if i don't step things up, but this is just my practice season anyway

I will try to get some videos up later tonight.

As much as those puddles suck for racing through, they sure do lead to some beautiful photos.

Ended up uploading the same one twice, but here is my best run.
Apparently I hit a cone but I don't see where.

That was my first tire, they are on my Enkei rims...at 100 treadware they are a nice upgrade for autox, alot use them for daily drivers

Really happy to see you guys giving 'er...I have not seen my car in months, hope to catch up soon...:)

Yeah, they seemed like a nice compromise for me, I should be able to drive on them full time in the summer without them wearing out too quickly. I think you may have had the older style 615 (without the "K" suffix), these have the exact same tread pattern but a different compound, supposedly they're stickier but yet have a treadwear of 200. They are a huge step up from the cheap summer tires that came with my car.

They're in 195/60/R14 which means they're almost 2 inches shorter in diameter which helps a bit with my acceleration as well as lowering the car a bit more.
