RBS is going to have the suspension tweaked first on a BUDGET ![]() ![]() Clynt torching the old rubber bushings until they smoke, burn and slip off with Patrick pulling on chain. We do it the biker way using a chain ![]() ![]() Last year Blair gave me the front A-arms and spindles , so I can have them all ready to go for the install. A-arms and spindles came from Brian's ride (you know they will be fast ![]() |

That's why Johnny hired Clynt & Patty's Budget Bushing Burning Business as we work cheap (for coffee and donuts). I'm glad Johnny didn't post the picture of me on my ass when the first bushing popped out. I was pulling pretty hard as I didn't realize it would let go completely all of a sudden! We should probably also mention that those images of Clynt and myself are a few months old. Yes, it's been a cool wet summer, but we're not still dressing quite that warmly this July.

It looks like next week now, the front bump stops have to be shorten first. |

All parts painted for $18, (no powder coating) remember this is on a BUDGET. Anyway RBS does not drive in the rain, she doesn't have proper boots ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Johnny, when I dropped by yesterday with the ball joint popping tool, you were wondering where the rear camber adjustment bolts went. As this image shows, they go in the bottom hole. I know your bolts are a bit different (I believe they're the same as what Colby got), but these are what mine look like. Yours have the eccentric on the actual shaft of the bolt, whereas these have an eccentric washer that rides against the protrusions on the strut (as in the picture above).

Patrick, these are the bolts you saw yesterday and I had them about 5 years now, I don't know how they work, maybe the wrong bolts?
![]() So I put on the old ones for now, where can I get those camber bolts you and Colby have ? ![]() |
