Its still up in the air for me, I went and bought a couple new batteries for the 88 and the V8 today, had plans on getting the car air cared today, but by the time I got the batteries it already 32 heading for 35, so I went inside to get out of the heat for a bit, fell asleep and didn't wake up till after 6. Went tinkered with the car and am having a minor wiring issue. If I can get it fixed quickly I am going to try and aircare the car Tomorrow. I really want to come on the run, but I really need to get to Oregon. So in the end I really don't have a straight answer. I will probably make my decision on Friday. |

Looking like I may have to bail. I still need to install my water temp sensor
for my new temperature gage - I don't know what temp I am running at right now - I have not drained the coolant and added my water & "Bellow 40" mix yet. This makes me awful nervous! Especially seen tomorrow may be the hottest day of the year, 30 degrees plus up there ya know! I may just show up at the meeting place and drive as far as Lions Bay with you all — meanwhile I have the Mrs. getting me to post on Craigslist a garage sale for tomorrow morning. A real mans work is never done |

Looks like that makes 2 that are going to have to bail. The 88 failed Aircare today, I am going to go and buy 3 months of insurance for it tomorrow and do some work to it. I ran it over to Chris's shop today, and we did some work to it, fixed the E-Brake which is totally different on an 88 vs an early car. Replaced the fuel filter which was really plugged up. Car has a couple issues, like its not Pre-Priming the fuel system when the key is turned on, and brakes are a bit spongy. I am going to need the brakes in top order as I am taking the trailer with me to Oregon. The good news is the soft clutch that I had when I first put the motor back together has firmed up a lot. Guys please have fun and watch out for cops. We don't need anyone going to jail on the run. |

A great little run today, ladies and gentlemen. It was
great meeting you all. I really hope we get a lot more Fieros out on future runs. I had lots of fun driving up and down the sea-to-sky |
