I used a scan tool on my car today and im not to sure if
these numbers are okay. I know some are bad.

TPS .7
IAC 41
Block 120
Base PW 1.4
MAT 15
MAP 31
MAP V 1.18
EGR 0
EGR vacuum 0
V 14.1
Prom ID 42
IAC position 51
Coolant -39 very bad

You need more details.

Was the car running at the time?
Was it dead cold?  Just shut off after 15 min's, 4 hrs?
Idling?  Revved up?
(etc etc)

engine was running, at idle. running for about 10 minutes

They all look 'close' to normal except for the coolant.  That one alone will throw everything for a loop.

It's reading the one that goes sideways, just above the water pump, and below the filler neck.

I know that it's that one, and the car idles really high. It also said code
22 for a low tps sensor
