My '85 4-cylinder/5 speed had been experiencing the usual loss of clutch function, when one day the pedal went rock-hard, then dropped to the floor. I found the plastic piece had popped out of the release arm. After getting the car home, I used a bit of force to free the lever. Now I have a lot of play, and the clutch onlydisengages when the lever is rotated almost to its end-of-travel. I heard the Isuzu forks don't bend, but what else could it be? |

Real radios are mechanically tuned and glow orange inside.

Anything will bend or break given enough force. It's impossible for us to know how much force you might've used, so it's a tough call.
