Brick.

--------------

Method 2: Remove inner door panels, raise/lower until you can see what look like sewing machine bobbins.  Drill out the rivets (assuming they've never been changed).  Reassemble, but use 1/4-20 bolts and nuts in place of the rivets.

Its not easy, as the glass is riveted in place.  You have to carefully drill the rivets out.    City Center glass came to my house and removed the glass from a spare door of mine to install in my 85GT when it was broken into.  I think he charged me 60 bucks for the complete re and re.

ive done a couple- you have to be patient and methodical- give your self lots of time to screw around. the doc's advice on 1/4 " screws to replace the rivets works well, i also recomend nylon lock nuts. a good time to consider replacing your outer dew wipes also (fiero Store). be carefull on your selection of screw length, to make sure they dont hit anything when operating your window- test it fully up and down before putting your inner door panel back on. Its also a good idea to get yourself a trim pad tool (cheap at Lordco), to avoid stripping the x mas tree retainers on your door pannel when you pull it.
