Hi, anyone know what could cause my fiero to have long start times?  I am not sure what this could be, injectors? fuel pump? plugs? wires? distibutor? any suggestions would be much appreciated.  Thanks

Make any difference whether the engine is cold or hot?

Leaking injectors, weak ignition, really old engine with bad rings causing loss of compression, lots of reasons.

If the engine is running, it idles a little rougher than my other one, but it only has 128000km on it and starts up first crank if i turn it off then start it again right away, could a fuel pressure regulator be the cause also?  the exhaust seems to be running rich as there is quite the strong gas/exhaust smell from it.  HELP

Really dirty fuel filter could cause this and it's easy to try.
